Background

When I joined People Data Labs, there was no webinar program in place.

Although I originally joined the company as a content writer, I quickly demonstrated my skills in video editing and design by creating branded music and snippets. We then decided to launch a full webinar program that generated a wide array of repurposed, evergreen content. 

I launched and spearheaded their multi-series webinar program, managing key foundations, like hosting platforms, lead management, design and style, participants, promotion, and overall production. This required me to combine and scale PDL’s visual design into interactive video and digital content. 

These webinars uncovered some fascinating insights into corporate behavior using PDL’s very own data, and achieved an average live attendance of about 200 participants per webinar, alongside a steady stream of on-demand viewers.

Cross-Departmental Creative Management

This initiative was highly cross-departmental in nature due to its wide range of stakeholders and reach, and required me to be highly versatile, switching from production to logistical tasks. I had to orchestrate time-sensitive dependancies and contributors across product, design, sales, and partners from well-respected companies like AWS. 

I also produced many of the required deliverables, including all video material, design assets, and on-screen promotion on social media and advertising channels.
